I believe that a child is like a sponge and absorbs new skills and concepts quickly much more than adults, I am fascinated by the progress children make. I like to help each child progress at their own level.
Why I love teaching and what I hope to accomplish in my classroom: "From all my teachers I learnt a lot, from my friends even more, but the most I learned were from my students” (Talmud). Teaching is not just the teaching; it's learning from my students something new every day.
A memory from my childhood years: Both of my parents are in the field of education and I always knew I wanted to follow their path. As a student, I was very lively and curious and I really liked enthusiastic teachers. I try to model my teacher's image and communicate the values of Judaism in a warm and enthusiastic atmosphere.
What I enjoy about teaching at Mazel: I am very happy that in Mazel Day School I teach in Hebrew. I feel it’s very special that our children learn the holy language. I also appreciate the fact that Mazel Day School strives to meet the needs of each individual child.
