Jennifer Corre, Kindergarten Teacher (General Studies)
BIO: As a dedicated and experienced kindergarten teacher, I have been privileged to play a role in shaping the minds of young learners for over a decade. Dual-certified in Early Childhood Education and Special Education, I am equipped to meet the diverse needs of my students. My graduate degree from Bankstreet School of Education in Curriculum Building and Instruction has provided me with a strong foundation in creating engaging and effective lesson plans.
Before pursuing my passion for teaching, I had a successful career as a certified professional French chef. While cooking will always be a love of mine, I found that my true calling was in the classroom, where I can inspire a love of learning in my students. There's no greater joy than witnessing that 'aha' moment when a concept clicks into place for a child.
Outside of the classroom, you can find me tending to my garden, exploring the wonders of science, building with Legos, or whipping up a new recipe in the kitchen. I am thrilled to be a part of the Mazel school community and look forward to continuing to nurture the growth and development of my students.
